Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Returns and exchanges will be accepted under the following parameters:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Item is shipped back within 30 days of delivery
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged
- Candle returns/exchanges require the candle to be unlit and unused
Damaged packages
If your package arrives broken, defective, or damaged, please contact us right away so we can arrange for a replacement or return. We require that you contact us within the same time frame as a normal return (14 days from delivery). Damaged candles must be unlit and unused.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotions and discounts cannot be retroactively applied to orders placed prior to the start of the promotion. To cancel an order, please see our order cancellation policy below.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase through our Contact Us page.
